Our medical mattress covers are made from artificial leather specifically produced for hospital use.

Thanks to their PU surface they are soft to the skin, textile-like and elastic. The covers are biocompatible, antibacterial, MRSA resistant, fungus retardant, flame retartdant, UV retardant, sweat retardant, watertight and breathable. They can be washed at 95°C and sterilised at 134°C.

Tech-medical M120 ST material description

Artificial leather specially produced for hospital use. Thanks to its PU surface it is soft to the touch, textile-like and elastic.

Technical parameters

The material’s weight is 120 g/m2. The artificial leather is made with PU cover and PES bearer. The covers are biocompatible, antibacterial, MRSA resistant, fungus retardant, flame retartdant, UV retardant, sweat retardant, watertight and breathable. They can be washed at 95°C and sterilised at 134°C.

Bearer’s features

The material is made with PES terry bearer, that is why it dries quickly and ages less in a moist environment.

Tech-medical M210 BR material description

Artificial leather specially produced for hospital use. Thanks to its PU surface it is soft to the touch, textile-like and elastic.

They can be washed at 95°C and sterilised at 134°C.

Bearer’s features

The material is made with PES terry bearer, that is why it dries quickly and ages less in a moist environment.

User manual

The mattress cover is made out of a watertight and breathable material. It is antibacterial and fungus retardant.



Washing

It can be washed minimum 90 times at 95°C, with liquid detergent.

Whitening

The material must not be treated with bleach.

Ironing

The material must not be ironed.

Drying

Dry only under minimal heat stress.

Dry-celaning

Can be cleaned with tetrachloroethylene and hydrocarbon solvent as well.

Sterilisation

at 134°C for maximum 5 minutes

Disinfection

with chlorine-free disinfectant
