According to the regulations of (EU) 2016/679 regulation (henceforth GDPR), the 2011. CXII. Law about informational self-determination and freedom of information (henceforth Info. law), as well as the Privacy and Policy, fulfilling our legal obligations, we inform You about our Privacy and Policy terms.

According to Article 37 of GDPR our Company is not obliged to name a data protection officer.

Our Company execute personal data processing in the course of the following activities

1. Data processing of employees applying for employment

The application for the job advertisment advertised by the Controller is realised by sending the curriculum vitae (CV) of the applicant (person concerned). The data processing applied on the Facebook page operated by Tech-Medical Kft. is applied according to the Privac and Policy of the social media page.

During the application through the e-mail contact of the Controller, the person sending the curriculum vitae and other personal data (person concerned) receives a confirmation e-mail, which contains the information about the reception of the application, and their right, their possibilities of legal remedy related to the processing of their personal data.

Scope of personal data processing: applicant’s name, curriculum vitae, e-mail address, indication of qualifications, photograph
Aim of personal data processing: establishing employment relationship
Legal basis of data processing: establishing employment relationship, entering into labour contract
Consignees of personal data: the leader at the Controller’s, who is authorized to exercise employer’s rights, employees who are entertaining labour tasks
Duartion of personal data storage: until the evaluation of the application, submission. The personal data of the applicants who were not chosen have do be deleted. The datas of those who revoked their application, submission, have to be deleted as well.

If the employer needs to keep the submission for data processing purposes allowed by legislations, they can only be kept with the explicit, clear and voluntary consent of the concerned.

2. Newsletter service data processing

The person concerned registered on the website has the possibility, by ticking a box, to resort to the Company’s newsletter sending services. By ticking the box the person concerned consents to the processing of their personal data.

The Company can not tick in advance. the box constituting the base of consent. After the registration, the person concerned receives information via e-mail about the Privacy and Policy terms of our Company which contains a link with direct access to it. The consent can be revoked in form of e-mail, in this case the processed personal data will be immediately deleted.

3. Data processing of lease contracts or sales contracts with private individuals

When entering into lease or sales contract for the medical devices, the Controller processes the personal data of private individuals, representatives of legal person Partners.

Aim of data processing: entering into a lease-, a service- or a sales contract
Consignees of data processing: Controller, data processor responsible for bookkeeping

4. Recording worksheets during repair works

During maintenance services, the Controller fills out a „Worksheet” document also including the personal data of the person claiming the repair (person concerned).

Scope of personal data processing: name, address, phone number
Legal basis of data processing: contractual relationship
Aim of data processing: fulfilling repair services
Consignees of data processing: Controller’s employees fulfilling the repair works and employees in administration, and responsible for bookkeeping
Duartion of personal data storage: 5 years following the termination of contract

5. Letter of guarantee and putting into service

The Controller offers a commercial guarantee for the ordered products.

Scope of personal data processing: name, address, phone number
Legal basis of data processing: entering into guarantee contract
Aim of data processing: enetring into guarantee contract and making a guarantor disclaimer
Consignees of data processing: Controller, data processing person responsible for bookkeeping
Duartion of personal data storage: 5 years following the termination of contract

6. Fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations, billing and creating shipping form

In order to fulfil the tax and accounting statutory obligations, the Controller processes the data of their Clients whom they entered into contract with. During resorting to the products and services a bill and a shipping form is created of the transaction, whose formal rules are determined by legislations.

According to the law C. of the year 2000 about accounting, the Scope of processed data is:

7. Complaint handling, customer service

You have a possibility of administration and submitting complaints via our e-mail address, our telephone number or of personal administration during office hours. According to the 1997. CLV. Law’s 17/A.§ (4)-(5) paragraph about consumer protection, a protocol is made of the complaint submission, which will contain the following personal data:

Privacy and Policy of the Company’s Facebook profile

The Company can be found on Facebook, under the name of Tech-Medical Hungary Kft., which contains the contact details of the Controller, and information about the actual, services-realted news. The inquiring person (person concerned) has the possibility to get in contact with the Controller through this online platform as well.

„Following”, „adding as Friend” the Facebook page is voluntary from the the concerned person’s part.

The Controller, by creating the page accepts the Privacy and Policy Regulations of Facebook and processes the personal data accordingly.

By resorting to the „Job advertisment” service which can be found on the Facebook page, the Controller offers an opportunity to the job-seekers to apply through this platform. During the application for the job, by uploading their CV the concerned person gives their consent to the proceeding of their personal data.

In case of product inquiry, request for quotation, the Controller offers an opportunity to communicate through the Messenger application.

No further administration is made outside of Facebook and Messenger applications of the personal data that can be found there.

The Privacy and Policy terms can be found on the „Privacy and Policy” platform of the Facebook profile page, which the concerned person (job advertisment applicant, offer inquirer etc.) can know before the data processing.

Duration of personal data storage: Until the cessation of following the Company’s Facebook page. The Company does not keep any record of the concerned persons.

We inform you about the term personal data, laid down by legislations

Personal data: any information concerning the identified or identifiable natural person („person concerned”); a natural person is identifiable, when they are identifiable directly or indirectly

Person concerned during the activities of Controller: employee, job applicant, inquirer, person requesting an offer, person who registrates on the online showroom’s page, and the person signing up for the newsletter

When processing your data, the Controller acts according to the means set out in the Privacy and Policy regulations, and according to the following principles

The processing of your personal data is relized transparently and legally, thus for ex.: anytime during the fulfillment of the contract you can take a look at your data processing, moreover your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties and to abroad. The personal data are only collected and processed for legal and determined purposes with the right legal basis. The Controller strives for data accuracy, and for the correction or deletion of inacurate data.

The Controller does not keep any records on the members on their Facebook page, and does not do any other data processing. They only process the profile name of the persons inquiring about or resorting to the services for the necessary purposes for the according duration.

The Controller ensures the the safety of the processed data with the appropriate technical and organizational measures, preventing the illegal or unauthorized processing, losing, damaging, parishing.
The employees of the Controller can process your data during their workunder penalty of obligations of secrecy, in order to fulfill the services.
The court of law, the prosecutor’s office and other authorities (for ex. the police, the tax office, The National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority) can reach out to the Controller in order to request the provision of information, the data disclosure, the provision of documents. In these cases, the data retreival obligations must be fulfilled, but only to a degree that is essentially necessary for the fulfillment of the request’s purposes.

Your rights and possibilites of legal remedy

You have the right to request information on your personal data processed by us, the purposes of data processing, its legal basis, duration, our data processing agents, data protection incidents, and in case of forwarding Your personal data, on its legal basis, and its consignees.
You can withdraw your consent anytime during data processing, in which case the Controller is obliged to immediately delete the personal data. The withdrawal can be done in writing, via letter/e-mail/Messenger/text message sent to the Controller.
You have the right to correct, complete your personal data processed by us
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, if you find the personal data processing illicit, incorrect or incomplete. Your request concerning the blocking, deletion can be sent to the Controller in written form, through the given contact information, to which the Controler has to reply in 15 days. If the Controller rejects your request, they are obliged to justify it and give information on the legeal remedies.
The Controller informs you on the deletion, correction or blocking of your personal data.
You can object to the data processing, which you can realize toward the Contoller in written form. The duration of the request’s evaluation is 15 days.

In case you do not agree with any decision, or if we miss the deadline of the communicatoin of the decisin you can turn to the authorities within 30 days counting from the last day of the deadline.

We kindly ask you to reach out to the Controller first before reaching out to the authorities or to the court of justice to conciliate an for a faster administration.
